Father’s Day Buffet
Keeping in tradition of never celebrating occasions on their actual day, Joy and I took the dads to Pala Casino for dinner Monday Night. I have to say that i was thoroughly impressed by the spread of food they had available. For $15.99 (with a pala players card (free, ($19.99 regular price))) you had a large spread of snow, and king crab legs some already cut in half for you, a grilling station where you can choose your own new york steak, burger, or chicken to be cooked on site (included), prime rib, lamb, a very tasty sweet potato mash and a dessert bar with a crepe station and a marble slab ice cream station. I felt like i really wanted to stuff my face until i had to unbutton my pants, but remembering it was only $15.99 made me feel like i wasn’t wasting anything.
When all said and done Joy and i rolled out of the restaurant and parked ourselves infront of a electronic roulette machine where we spent an hour only losing $2.00. Pretty fun place, but the hour and a half drive really sucks.
